Transaction Coordinating

• Create custom transaction guide for Buyer/Seller with downloadable calendar dates, upcoming events, transaction contacts, client review form, and any additional transaction details

• Produce a personalized Agent Portal containing downloadable calendar dates, upcoming events, and transaction details for any open escrows with Hayley Dawn

• Establish communication with Escrow, Cooperating Agent, Lender and Buyer/Seller

• Coordinate all Real Estate paperwork and send all DocuSign packages

• Initiate digital correspondence with all applicable parties throughout the transaction

• Request the following from Escrow:

      HOA Documents & Disclosures

      City Reports

      Natural Hazards Disclosure Report

      Home Warranty Plan

• Provide Buyer with earnest money deposit reminder

• Continually update transaction details and timeline dates via custom Agent and Client transaction guides

• Remind all parties of contingency deadlines

• Request updates from Lender regarding appraisal and loan status

• Upload completed transaction file to preferred agency transaction system

Upon request, may deliver completed digital transaction file to Buyer/Seller after the close of escrow

CANCELLATION POLICY

Transaction Coordinating

 If transaction is cancelled 24 hours after transaction has been submitted via the New Transaction Form or emailed to TC@hayleydawn.com, Agent will be subject to a $50 Cancellation Fee.

 If the transaction is reopened with the same two parties involved in the previous transaction, this amount shall be reduced from the total transaction coordinating cost.
